Struggling for Motivation? Give yourself over to it!

Have a big goal, but struggling for motivation?

Firstly, recognise what’s stopping you in that moment.

Once you’ve identified the block, give yourself over to it.

Calmly walk towards your goal, without tricky techniques and ignore the negative self-talk.

Jai talks about his cold shower technique early in the morning when turning the cold tap on and Chad has some great advice…. rather than “tricking yourself into it, just go in calm and be mindful by “giving yourself over to it” instead.

Centre yourself and say, “this is what I’m going to do now”.

Choose to move forward without the struggle. Make your challenges less of a struggle, accept it and move towards it.
